Toolstyle Kft. is involved in three different businesses and works primarily for EU and Hungarian markets. Our partners are mainly French, Swiss, German, American and Hungarian multi-national and large companies.

With 3D surface machining capability, our tool manufacturing operations are specialised mainly in forging tool manufacturing.

Our small and medium-series part production supplies the automotive, machine and energy industry with parts using different – often special – materials (such as stainless steels, Hast-X, nimonic, stellite, etc.)

Toolstyle Kft. started its operation with the production of devices and assemblies, and this business still represents a significant part in the company’s service portfolio.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES, SUB-CONTRACTOR NETWORK

In effort to provide full-scope solution to our partners’ problems that fit our profile, we provide complex services to meet the requirements of our customers.

Majority of our cutting machines are CNC-controlled. We constantly renew our machinery to meet market requirements. Our own resources enable us to offer CNC milling, CNC cutting, CNC wire sparking, traditional milling, cutting, grinding and assembly works for our partners (click here to view parameters of the available machines). 

Toolstyle Kft. has built an extensive network of sub-contractors, managed by our company as the network centre. This enables us to provide our partners with technologies that are not available in our offer, such as surface treatment, heat treatment, block-sparking, welding, steel structure production.

MEASUREMENT

The range of our measuring equipment comprises more than one thousand devices to carry out different length, depth, hardness, roughness, layer thickness and material composition measurements. In accordance with the demands of our new works, we constantly extend and develop the range of our devices.

Our calibration laboratory standardizes its measurements with the etalons certified by the National Office of Measures, and therefore is capable of doing internal calibrations.

With its ability to carry out accurate shape and positional control, our 3D measuring device greatly enhances our measurement capabilities.
